Phone Grading Guide

Used and refurbished devices, when listed, are graded so you know what to expect:

• Grade A+ — looks new; little to no visible wear.
• Grade A — light signs of use; fully working.
• Grade B — visible wear or light marks; fully working.
• Grade C — heavier cosmetic wear; fully working unless the listing says otherwise.

Grading describes appearance. Battery health, lock status and included accessories are called out on the product page when we have that information.
